广东理工学院国际教育学院致力于提供国际化教育和培养全球化人才，按照我国高等教育事业发展的需要和人才培养的要求，通过国际合作办学，真正把国外优质教育资源引进我校，教学资源全面共享。

近年来，学院先后与1000多所国外知名大学、国内教育机构进行官方合作，开设博士联合培养基地、语言培训基地。现与海外大学联合培养博士生七十多名。
